Responsibilities

• Prepare analysis and deliver reports (regular and ad-hoc) to business users, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Evaluate sales performance, promotion results, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage data from internal and external sources to generate reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Utilize analytical techniques to identify trends, correlations, and outcomes, and propose recommendations to superiors.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• At least 3 years of experience as a data analyst, data miner, or data scientist.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, Macro VBA, and reporting tools such as Looker Studio and Power BI.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional Role Description

Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to produce software designs. Provide technical documentation such as FSD, TSD, Epic, User Stories, and Security Requirements. Analyze software defects and propose solutions. Provide testing data and documentation.
