As our Fullstack Engineer Team Lead, you’ll play a critical role in shaping both our technology stack and team culture . You’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of features, guiding architecture decisions, and upholding high standards for security, scalability, and code quality — while also being a key driver of agile practices and collaboration across functions.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and mentor a team of fullstack engineers, conducting regular code reviews, 1:1s, and technical check-ins.
- Drive sprint planning, manage technical tasks during sprints, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Work closely with product owners and cross-functional teams to align engineering deliverables with product priorities.
- Architect and maintain multi-tenant backend services with efficient database interactions (Postgre SQL preferred).
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and ensure real-time responsiveness where needed.
- Oversee CI/CD workflows , deployment processes, and ensure infrastructure reliability using AWS and modern Dev Ops practices.
- Drive best practices in security , performance , and software architecture .
- Foster a collaborative engineering culture focused on ownership, learning, and delivering impact.
What we’d love to have for the role
- 4+ years of experience in fullstack development, with 1+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Proficiency in React , Node.js , and frameworks like Next JS and Nest JS .
- Strong experience working with Postgre SQL and other SQL/No SQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), CI/CD pipelines , and Dev Sec Ops workflows.
- Proven experience in leading sprints , managing backlogs, and translating product requirements into clear technical tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, especially when translating technical ideas to non-technical teams.
- Passion for mentoring, knowledge sharing, and enabling others to thrive.
