Job Description
- Manage and provide solutions for Io T Hardware related issues that occur on customer's fleet on a day-to-day basis, partnering with Customer Service and Technical Support teams.
- Become Subject Matter Expert to provide advice and insight on performance of existing Io T Hardware and generate new requirements for the Innovation team to improve product quality.
- Provide periodic recaps on RCA (Root Cause Analysis) of repeated Hardware issues with proper documentation.
- Improve efficiency of Hardware installation process through partnership with the Service Installation team.
- Enhance Installation quality and QC process to ensure Hardware installed on customer's fleets meets standards.
- Conduct Knowledge Sharing with internal Service and Technical Support teams to improve performance and quality.
- Review and ensure complete documentation on handover process for new Hardware with the Innovation team.
Qualification
- >5 years experience in Io T Hardware support, Technical Support, Field Engineering, or Quality Control in Io T / Industrial space.
- Networking and Connectivity (Understanding of LTE, Wi-Fi, MQTT, TCP/IP) and diagnostic tools for connectivity issues.
- Knowledge of Embedded Systems (Microcontrollers) and Electrical applications.
- Proven experience managing stakeholders and demonstrating proactive leadership with a customer-focused mindset.
