Position: Interior Site Supervisor

The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for providing guidance to the construction team on-site, conducting regular inspections, and evaluating the quality and progress of vendor work. Good communication skills, understanding of interior and furniture details, and problem-solving abilities are essential. The role requires effective collaboration with team members and vendors.

Responsibilities

1. Monitor all activities related to site construction works.
2. Communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and the interior design team.
3. Monitor construction project timelines efficiently.
4. Ensure quality control of vendor work on-site and at the workshop.
5. Assist with purchasing and sourcing.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Experience in interior site inspections or similar roles.
3. Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
4. Experience with Sketch Up, Auto CAD, and other design software is beneficial.
5. Understanding of interior and furniture details.
6. Willingness to visit project sites.
7. Owns a private vehicle or SIM C license.
8. Fluent in English and Bahasa.
9. Based in Bali.
