Job Descriptions:

• Facilitate the implementation of the specialized method for clients.
• Deliver training sessions to equip clients with essential skills and knowledge.
• Participate in client meetings to offer expert evaluations and feedback.
• Develop professional presentations and comprehensive project reports.
• Provide direct support to the Japanese Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 (Bachelor's Degree) from top universities
• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
• 2-3 years' experience in multinational HR or business consulting company.

Salary Range: up to IDR 15.000.000,- (net)
