Base pay range

IDR11,000,000.00/yr - IDR12,500,000.00/yr

Location: Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan (Full Onsite)

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or an equivalent field of expertise
• Over three years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer or Software Development Engineer in Test
• Experienced in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Ruby, Go, or Rust)
• Experienced in at least one testing tool (e.g., Appium, Selenium, Mocha, Test NG, or Cypress)
• Understanding database concepts and queries (e.g., My SQL and Postgre SQL)
• Strong technical skills and the ability to drive and complete complex system testing independently
• Excellent logical and analytical thinking abilities for solving various technical problems
• Demonstrating a critical thinking approach to challenges with a logical and analytical mindset
• A cultural role model with a strong sense of humility and empathy
• Able to eliminate friction or blockers, both technical and managerial, for the testing team
