Responsibilities

• Validate health and service reimbursements claims accurately
• Validate and summarize official travel expenses
• Calculate compensation overtime work hour for employees
• Compile and maintain attendance records for outsourced employees
• Validate and authorize requests for leave, overtime, and corrections in the HR Information System (HRIS)
• Review and approve requests for health and service reimbursements
• Compile monthly summary of compensation and benefits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as Compensation and Benefit/Payroll
• Understand government regulations or laws related to Compensation and Benefit activities in Indonesia
• Experience with HRIS or payroll systems
• Detail-oriented, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills
