Responsibilities:
- Develop acquisition program in order to lead in the market.
- Execute product development strategy, product preposition, competitive differentiation as a value added for product.
- Implement strategic initiatives to increase customer base.
- Create product/program proposal and its cost and benefit analysis.
- Involve in the development and implementation of products/program and marketing communications to ensure that they are implemented effectively to its targeted customers and that targets and budgets are achieved.
- Manage day to day product/program, handling complaints and problem solving.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Exposure to banking and product development will be an advantage.
- Good strategic and analytical thinking, proactive.
- Good management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Computer literacy with creating presentations, calculations & analysis.
- Men or women are welcome with 1-2 years of experience.
