Lead and manage and monitor the end to end AR cycle: invoicing, collections, reconciliations, Support financial close process, Monitoring cash in and reporting (Both Internal and external needs).

• Ensure accurate billing aligned with Saa S-based contracts and usage models.
• Analyze aging reports and proactively manage collections to improve cash flow and reduce DSO.
• High Ownership to Manage finance-related ERP modules; optimize workflows, Resolve integration issues with billing or collection systems.
• Collaborate with sales and other internal teams related to resolve disputes and streamline the billing process.
• Maintain strong internal controls and documentation, ensuring audit readiness.
• Assist VP Finance in standardizing AR procedures and escalation paths, monitoring AR KPIs, and supporting Adhoc reporting and forecasting activities.
• Drive end-to-end automation of finance processes including AR, revenue recognition, Automate invoicing, reminder flows, reconciliation, month-end close, and reporting.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (min 3 Team member).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CA / CPA is a plus.
• Preferably with experience as a Finance Accounting Manager in a Saa S or technology startup environment.
• Strong understanding of economic and accounting principles and practices , financial reporting, and AR operations.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation or management (e.g., Net Suite Oracle, SAP, Odoo etc).
• Hands-on experience with process automation tools .
