Overview:

Finance & Tax Accounting plays a key role in overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting. This role involves managing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow while supporting strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management
2. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
3. Monitor financial performance, analyze trends, and provide insights to senior management
4. Collaborate across departments to support business decisions
5. Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
6. Ensure tax compliance, manage filings, payments, and audits
7. Maintain financial records, internal controls, and policy compliance
8. Support AP/AR, validate journal entries, and assist with audits
9. Provide financial analysis, recommendations, and variance reports
10. Liaise with tax offices, auditors, and regulatory bodies

Requirements:

1. Min. bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or Taxation from reputable university
2. Min. 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax
3. Experience in multinational companies is preferred
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Reports, and Accounting Journals
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
6. Deep understanding of Taxation and Financial Reporting
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, in English
8. Ability to analyze financial reports and data and stay updated with tax regulations
9. Possess Brevet A & B
