Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Job Descriptions:

1. Prepare consolidation financial report
2. Ensure financial reports comply with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and company policies
3. Handle the integration of subsidiary financial data into group-level reports
4. Recommend and implement best practices for financial reporting and consolidation
5. Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process and ensure all relevant financial documentation is available
6. Ensure accurate elimination of intercompany transactions and balances
7. Follow Up & Solve issues on operation related financial impact
8. Work closely with other departments to gather financial data
9. Supervise and mentor junior team members in reporting and consolidation tasks
10. Perform detailed analysis of financial data to identify variances
11. Assist in improving financial reporting systems and consolidation tools for greater efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a consolidation or reporting role
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
