Responsibilities:

• Assisting FSMS (Food Safety Management System) Food Safety Manager in motivating and supporting the Food Safety Team in implementing and maintaining FSMS in line with business needs.
• Assist the company in achieving and maintaining IMS certification (ISO 22000 & ISO 9001).
• Assist the company in maintaining HACCP certification.
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and HACCP and/or ISO 22000:2018 & ISO 9001:2015.
• Assist Food Safety Manager in developing and upgrading food safety plans for existing and new outlets.
• Establishing the sampling plan for lab tests.
• Assist Food Safety Manager when needed to verify the accuracy of lab tests, interpreting the lab results and applying the results as verification to the system compliance.
• Attending meetings when needed to disseminate information and resolve food safety issues.
• Assist the Food Safety Manager when needed by leading the food safety team in conducting internal system compliance audits.
• Verifying the certificates of analysis as part of the purchasing criteria and food suppliers ranking in the process of monitoring the incoming purchased materials.
• Translating the FSMS manual into Chinese and BM to ensure the system can be understood by the food handlers.
• Creating new training modules in order to ensure food handler's competency.
• Develops and maintains a detailed IMS Manual that reflects policies and procedures, work processes and standards of performance required for food hygiene and safety. Ensure annual review to accurately reflect any changes.
• Works closely with F&B team and supporting departments to handle, investigate, report and record all complaints and claims relating to food safety and quality.
• Ensures the company's financial goals are met without compromising the expectations from customers.
