About the Program

The Future Bankers Program (FBP) is a 6-month program aimed at early-career talents who are keen to take on sales and service roles in the banking industry. The program has been designed to provide you with comprehensive banking knowledge and experience in banking business processes. You will learn many aspects of knowledge related to your designated position in the banking industry and develop core competencies and technical skills which will fast-track your career as a banker .

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00 (all majors)
• Fresh graduate or having work experience of a maximum of 2 years
• Demonstrate the following qualities: good integrity, business acumen, communication/interpersonal skills, target-driven, meticulous, high motivation, and growth mindset
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is preferable
