Monitoring all incoming and outgoing funds, on-time payments according to the payment schedule.

Maintain cash allocation for trade and non-trade payments.

Ensure financial transactions are authorized, recorded, and filed with adequate supporting documents.

Organize to archive supporting documents of all transactions in a good manner.

Review monthly closing.

Prepare monthly reports needed by management.

Conduct forecasting and budgeting.

Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). Other work assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and best practices.

Experience managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Proven ability to lead and manage a finance team, with excellent people management skills.

Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Mastery and experience with accounting software (Accurate is preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a relevant professional certification.

Strong analytical thinking, leadership skills, detail orientation, and good communication skills.
