Job Requirement

1. Experience: minimum 2 years in web development with a strong focus on Frontend technologies, including at least 1-2 years using React Js and Next Js.
2. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Java Script/Type Script.
3. Experience with state management libraries like Redux and design systems such as MUI or Carbon Design System.
4. Hands-on experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next Js.
5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms like JSON Web Tokens (JWT).
6. Able to build dynamic user interfaces with a strong focus on user experience.
7. Able to optimize applications for performance across devices.
8. Have experience in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility.
9. Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Plus Point
Experience with AI-driven UI personalization, component generation, or automated A/B testing tools will be considered a strong advantage.
