Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of 360 HR processes, including operations and strategic HR management.
- Provide strategic insights from recruitment to employee development, encompassing HR operations, branding, and overall talent management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with client goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Translate HR practices into commercial offerings by aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Identify and create opportunities for offering HR services as a revenue stream, integrating commercial insights with HR solutions.
- Develop business cases that illustrate the value of HR services and their impact on business performance.
- Lead client engagements by understanding their specific HR needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and building long-term partnerships.
- Provide expert guidance on HR issues, helping clients navigate complex HR challenge
- Oversee the delivery of HR projects, ensuring that client deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations, including drafting initial recommendations for review and approval.
Qualification:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR consulting or related roles, with a strong background in both operational and strategic HR functions.
- Proven track record of managing client engagements, including experience in translating HR practices into commercial solutions.
- Experience in leading and executing complex HR projects, such as talent management, organizational design, and employee development initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
