- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related fields.
- 12 years of experience in HSSE for S1, or 8 years for S2.
- Relevant professional certifications (NEBOSH, CSP, CIH, Lead Auditor, Lead Auditor IRCA) preferred.
- Proven experience in HSSE roles in the oil and gas industry, particularly in asset acquisition or related fields.
- Strong understanding of HSSE Due Diligence, HSSE regulatory identification, HSSE risk management aspects of an operating asset, and HSSE performance management based on OSHA Log 300.
- In-depth knowledge of HSSE regulations and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in HSSE management systems and competent in risk assessment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate in English both written and verbally.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, show initiative in HSSE implementation, and work with a target-oriented approach.
