Kozystay is a fast-growing middle to high-end property management start-up focusing on short-term rental. Kozystay is looking for motivated individuals with high potential to join the team. We offer fast career progression potential with good company culture. We are currently looking for an Interior Designer who will help us with our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan interior design concepts for mid-to-high end apartments and villas
2. Collaborate with other team members to manage time, cost and design
3. Conceptualize and sketch design plans
4. Create 'mood boards' to sample design vision
5. Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase
6. Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project
7. Source materials and products included in plans
8. Oversee/supervise design of the property during onboarding process
9. Prepare presentation for management
10. Utilize computer applications in the design process
11. Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements:

1. Minimum experience of 3 year in interior design with bachelor degree
2. Experience in designing high-end residential, proven with professional portfolio
3. Exceptional conceptual design skills
4. Extensive knowledge in Design & Furniture, able to read and interpret drawing accurately
5. Ability to source materials, furniture, etc. for design
6. Advanced computer skill (Auto CAD, 3 D Max, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop, Corel)
7. Able to work in teams or individuals, multitask on multiple projects
8. Strong presentation skills
9. Strong time management skills
10. Works well under pressure
11. Enjoy working in a fast-paced, young and dynamic organization
