Deskripsi

  • Develop strategies for end-to-end HC function and orchestrate seamless implementation and (when necessary, improvement) of HC strategies, policies, and practice alignment with organisational goals.
  • Keep updated on labor laws and regulations. Ensure robust compliance measures are in place to safeguard the company's interests while maintaining ethical CH practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to understand on-field dynamics, identify HC needs, and execute initiatives effectively.
  • Coordinate the implementation of all HC functions' programs and daily operations (staffing, learning & development, performance management, C&B, industrial relations, organization development); including activities, communications, and documentation.
  • Develop competitive compensation and benefit packages: researching compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Evaluate reporting and database processes to ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide consultation, strategic insights, and guidance to the management team on strategic staffing plans, compensation & benefits, training & development, budget, and employee relations.

Requirements:

  • Min. Master's degree in human resources management or psychology; preferably I/O psychologist.
  • Min. 10 years experience and proven accomplishment in HR field; in which 5 years as HR Manager; with strong business acumen. Strong understanding of Strategic human resource management, strategic management, labor laws, and I/O psychology.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Possess the ability to ensure that HC activities are based on HR strategy and the company's business needs.
  • Strong strategic thinking, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and process improvement.
  • Familiarity with HRIS.
  • High resilience.
