Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic advice to the Managers and senior executives.
- Establish company goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term.
- Develop business plans and strategies.
- Advise the board of directors on strategic issues.
- Present reports on the company’s business and performance to the board.
- Motivate and provide leadership to Managers and senior executives.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 20 years of related experience.
- Proven experience in managing foundation works and civil engineering projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, techniques, and standards.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Experience in operating at a management level on a major project or in a large construction company.
- Spoken and written French would be a definite advantage.
