Job Description
As a 'Business Development Manager' your main responsibilities will include:
- Generating and managing new business opportunities
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and partners
- Identifying new markets and customer needs
- Representing the company at industry events and conferences
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitoring sales metrics and reporting on performance

The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Business Development Manager' should have:
- A degree in Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the industrial/manufacturing sector (preferrably having handled instrumentation products)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel as needed
- Based in either Kalimantan OR Sulawesi
