Deskripsi

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to align with business goals.
  2. Oversee talent development, training, and leadership programs to enhance employee performance and engagement.
  3. Ensure the organization has effective succession planning and career development frameworks.
  4. Lead organizational development initiatives to drive culture transformation and employee engagement.
  5. Collaborate with business leaders to identify HR needs and provide strategic HR solutions.
  6. Develop and monitor key HR metrics to measure effectiveness and improve HR processes.
  7. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
  8. Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role; or 3 years of experience at Division Head or GM level.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  4. Proven experience in HR development, talent management, and training programs.
  5. Experience working in manufacturing industries is preferred.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive HR initiatives.
