Job Description

• Designing a digital product development strategy.
• Translate user requirements for the system in the document requirements.
• Designing timelines, budgets, and product manufacturing/development requirements.
• Conduct testing of the results of digital product development from the Developer to ensure compliance with requirements and absence of errors.
• Facilitating and ensuring System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) processes for each application/website with the Developer.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering/Computer Engineering/Information System, Min GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
• Min. 2 years working experience as System Analyst
• Having experience with SSDLC, Cobit, ITIL, UML, and RDBMS.
• Proficient in programming languages
• Understanding business processes and designing digital solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborates with Project Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Development Manager, System Analyst, Developer, and users to produce software design. Provides technical design documentation, including but not limited to Functional Specification Document (FSD), Technical Specification Document (TSD), Epic, User Story, and Security Requirement. Analyzes software defects and provides solution design to fix these defects. Provides testing data and its documentation.
