About the Role

• Designing and implementing comprehensive supply chain strategies to support business growth.
• Driving efficient inventory management through robust policies on stock levels, reorder points, and safety stock.
• Overseeing warehouse operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and material handling.
• Managing inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation planning and 3 PL performance.
• Ensuring compliance with SOPs and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing SCM team.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain and warehouse management.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing and improving operational systems and workflows.
• Strong understanding of digital retail supply chains.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with SAP/ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Proven leadership with strong collaboration, communication, and team-work with cross-functions.
• Certifications is a strong plus (e.g. APICS CPIM/CSCP, Certified Supply Chain Manager, Six Sigma, Lean Management, or other relevant qualifications)
