Sales Manager
Role Purpose: This role will grow the company business in East Asia, with Indonesia being an important country. Initially, this role will contribute at least $1 M of software revenue and will eventually grow to a $1 M software business annually. This role will also support the Strategic Vendors having factories in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for meeting the annual sales target in the territory assigned.
2. Conduct activities such as cold calling, marketing & sales qualified leads, networking, and partnership with the sales team to develop qualified leads.
3. Work on qualifying those leads and convert these leads into opportunities.
4. Define a closing strategy based on the company digital sales process to convert these opportunities and prospects into revenue generating customers.

The Sales Manager's requirements:

• Hybrid working mode with frequent travel/mobility.
• Willing to be based in Bogor as the main office.
• Reports to the Sales Director, East Asia (based in Singapore).
• Fluent English is a must.
• Candidates who have experience working with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft are desirable.
• Candidate with Fashion and Apparel experience are preferable.
