• Conduct supplier/toll manufacturer sourcing globally, including supplier selection, evaluation, and audit process.

• Establish strong relationship and collaboration with suppliers.

• Coordinate and work closely with the Product Development team.

• Ensure materials & facilities meet industry-specific regulations and standards.

• Source supplier/toll manufacturer that meets customer needs and brand requirements.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates and experienced individuals familiar with the related field.

• Familiar with sourcing and procurement processes, cost analysis, and quality management systems.

• Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, both internally and externally.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Fluent in English is a must; ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.

• Familiar with the latest global sourcing technologies.
