Experienced Production Supervisors wanted to join us at The Cake Crew at our bakery in Bala, North Wales.
Day and Night shift patterns available. Day shift, 6am - 6pm on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Night shift, 6pm - 6am Monday - Thursday nights.
Relevant experience in FMCG food, preferably bakery.
Overall Job Purpose:
- To supervise the production operation to hit both production targets and customer QAS.
- To supervise production staff, enact a zero-tolerance approach for poor performance / ineffective behaviours.
- Clean As You Go - ensure that your area is always kept audit ready.
- Be accountable for your area of work & set a good example for all team members. RFT (right first-time ethos).
- Drive GMP standards (improve your GMP zone performance score following GMP audits).
- To ensure high standards of health and safety are present by all staff entering your area.
- To carry out all tasks required to run allocated production area as required by the shift manager.
- To ensure you and your staff work in accordance with, and abide by, all company rules and regulations always.
- To mentor Skilled Operatives and help develop their management skills.
- To comply with and assist with implementation of company food safety, quality and legality policies as they relate to the role.
