We offer an excellent service for hotel and restaurant industries, specializing in OS&E. Our partnership provides dedicated specialists and expert consultants for hospitality properties.

Role Description
Join STC Indonesia as a Senior Sales Executive and play a pivotal role in introducing our premium banquet furniture and STC's other products to clients in the hospitality industry. If you are a presentable, confident individual with a keen eye for aesthetics, fluent English, and a passion for building client relationships, this is your opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly in the HORECA (hotels, restaurants, and catering) industry.
  2. Promote and sell Deson banquet furniture and premium hospitality products with a focus on high-quality, professional-grade solutions.
  3. Conduct engaging product presentations, showcasing Deson 's aesthetics and functionality to decision-makers.
  4. Identify client needs, prepare tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  5. Manage customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  6. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  7. Maintain and update the CRM system (Zoho) to track leads, opportunities, and customer relationships.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality supplies, kitchenware, or related industries.
  2. Presentable and professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proficient in English (both written and spoken); fluency is a must.
  4. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and client relationship-building abilities.
  5. An eye for aesthetics and attention to detail is a strong advantage when presenting Deson products.
  6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  7. Must own a vehicle for client visits and sales meetings.
