Chief Operating Officer (F&B and Lifestyle)

We are assisting one of our clients, a well-known F&B and Lifestyle company, and they are currently looking for a Chief Operating Officer. This position will be responsible for ensuring optimal operational efficiency and supporting our vision to continually innovate in the lifestyle entertainment industry.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals.
2. Oversee daily operations and ensure all processes run smoothly.
3. Collaborate with other departments to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Analyze performance data to identify areas needing improvement.
5. Lead the executive team and provide direction to achieve business targets.
6. Manage budgets and resources wisely to achieve optimal results.
7. Innovate in creating exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
2. Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
3. Strong experience in managing operations for multiple brands.
4. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
7. Experience in project management and budget handling.
