Job Title: Solutions Architect- Applied AI Practice

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the cloud consultants and OEM partners to design and implement modern, scalable AI solutions using a range of new and emerging technologies from the Cloud (Google Cloud and AWS). Continuously work towards identifying new business opportunities and prioritize pursuits for Applied AI.
• Analyze, document, and optimize the overall proposed solution architecture; create So Ws, build on market case studies and use cases; guide clients and teams through their AI transformation journeys on Cloud.
• Showcase your Cloud and AI/ML architecture experience when communicating with clients on their requirements, turning these into technical futuristic AI solutions.
• Proactively liaise and be part of our extensive Cloud community, contributing in the knowledge exchange.
• Demonstrate expertise & experience in computer vision, NLP, conversational AI, Large Language Models and MLOps along with a deep understanding of ML Architecture and Model lifecycle including non-functional requirements and operations management.
• Demonstrated experience in building Enterprise Scale Solution Architecture with ethics, security, regulatory and compliance factors to deliver responsible AI solutions to Clients. Ensure compliance with relevant security and governance standards for AI solutions, including data protection, privacy, and ethical considerations.
• Work closely with internal specialists and delivery teams to package best practices and lessons learned into thought leadership, methodologies, and published assets.
• Contribute to our internal networks and special interest groups.
• Provide architectural leadership to development teams, and serve as the primary architect resource, and provide technical guidance and leadership to all internal and external teams involved in the implementation process.
• Understand the complexity of customer ecosystems and develop scalable architecture to support our clients' AI transformation journeys.
• Must have the right Solution & Architecture experience working with Google AI and Data Products Big Query, Document AI, CCAI, Dialogflow, Vertex AI, Dataprep, etc. or similar products on any other public cloud platforms.
• Establish processes, operations, measurement, and controls for end-to-end life-cycle management of the digital workforce (intelligent systems).
• Knowledge of deploying infrastructure on Cloud (Google Cloud and AWS), using containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient deployment and management of AI solutions.

Qualification

We believe that education is important, but we look for at least a Master's or MBA degree in Computer Science or engineering field along with:

• 8+ years in solution designing and architecture and 2+ years of experience in delivering complex AI or Data Analytics projects on Cloud Platform (Google and/or AWS).
• Experience in a statistical programming language (e.g. R or Python) and applied machine learning and AI techniques (i.e. computer vision, deep learning, Conversational AI (Contact Centre AI)/Document AI/Vertex AI, NLP, NLU and Large Language Models).
• Experience in systems design with ability to architect and explain Machine Learning Operations platforms.
• Ability to translate business problems into futuristic AI solutions.
• Excellent collaboration skills, experience working in client collaborative environments on Data driven projects.
• Proven success in contributing in a multi geographical team. Demonstrate excellent communication, written, presentation, and problem solving skills.
