Full Requirements

1. Understand the Basic Life Insurance business rule and process.
2. Have good analytical skills.
3. Good knowledge of SDLC and has implemented the full cycle of software development.
4. Experience in handling applications (front end, integration, or core application) related to the insurance process.
5. Experience in Life400 or Group Asia insurance system is a plus.
6. Experience in requirement gathering as part of Business Requirement/Functional Spec Document creation.
7. Good time-management skills.
8. Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
9. Able and experienced in SQL (DML command).
10. Process and Result Oriented.
11. Able to get on with others and a team player.
12. Communicative and well organized.
13. Well-presented and businesslike. Keen for new experience, responsibility, and accountability.
14. Attention to detail.
15. Able to work individually or as a team.
16. Sense of ownership and quality-minded.
17. Minimum Bachelor degree in IT/engineering/science related study.
18. 3 - 5 years of IT experience.
19. A well-known IT certification as a business analyst will be an advantage.

Full Job Desk

To bridge between business users and the application developer/infrastructure team. Work with users to improve and finalize the business requirements and create functional spec documents for core applications. Business requirements will include but not be limited to new product development and new services for customers. Analyze the risk of system enhancement to existing processes in applications. Execution and evaluation of SIT results, including supporting the UAT. Understand business change needs, assess the business impact of those changes, capture, analyze, deliver, document requirements, and support the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders. End-to-end IT works of gathering, reviewing, analyzing, implementing business needs at system technology until deployed to the production environment.
