Job Responsibilities:
- Design an overall merchant strategy (encompassing both hunting and farming motion) for the area.
- Oversee and manage the performance of his/her team.
- Support his team for problem-solving issues which happening in their area, especially at the critical merchants.
- Review team performance and take corrective actions to achieve the target.
- Regularly do coaching and mentoring for the team members.
- Identify key merchants in the area and build and maintain relationships with these merchants.
- Willing to be stationed and travel out of town.
Requirements:
- Having proven track record and experience working in B2 C sales in the Point of Sales (POS) industry min 3 (three) years.
- Having relationship with Banking industry is a plus.
- Strong business sense and good understanding of the market, customers, and competitors.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, experienced in managing a big team, as well as strong in people development, mentoring, and coaching.
- Having a driving licence & own vehicle.
- Having good presentation, effective communication, and negotiation skills in Bahasa & English.
